The Dark Goddess: Integrating our Sexual Shadow (Online)

The feminine has always danced between two polarities: be attractive, but don’t be a slut.
This course is for those who want to break free of socialized boxes and enjoy the entire spectrum of the feminine (and for their partners who wish to hold space for it).
By cultivating a safe space, this course is for those who wish to feel at home in their body and embrace their sensuality as a tool for exploration of self, other and the cosmic unknown.
Using movement and somatic awareness, we will learn how to stay grounded and present while exploring the aspects of ourselves that may have been historically repressed or kept in the shadows.

Meet Ava
Ava is passionate about exploring the cosmic unknown of sex and relationships with tools grounded in somatics, meditation and shadow integration.
Studying under renown Dharma Teachers Doug Qapel Duncan and Catherine Pawasarat Sensei, Ava offers individual and group sessions from her home at Clear Sky Meditation Center.
