Sex & Spirit: Introduction Conscious Relationship (Online)

You may feel caught between:
- Feeling like you’re supposed to be sexual, yet lacking real desire or pleasure;
- Wanting connection with others, but not knowing how to communicate your desires or boundaries;
- Wanting to enjoy your sexuality, yet not knowing how to move past shame or trauma.
This course is open to all genders and orientations.

Every relationship has areas where our deepest hurts and vulnerabilities surface. These core hurts may show up in the following forms: dissociation, staying busy, compulsive porn use, avoidance of intimacy or an inability to express our desires.
And every relationship gives us two choices: either give up and continue believing you’re broken or use it as an opportunity for healing and deeper relating.
This 90-minute workshop introduces the foundational tools for cultivating a meaningful relationship that’s grounded in love, communication and joy.
Learn basic techniques for staying grounded, communicating desires and boundaries and allowing yourself to give and receive.
This is a space where all genders, orientations, bodies and relationship dynamics are welcome.
